Payments

Late payments may result in delays to future work or additional collection efforts where permitted by law.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the property.

  • Remove or protect personal belongings before work begins.

  • Notify us of any known hazards or special requirements.

  • Ensure pets and children are kept away from active work areas.

Changes to Work

Any additional work requested after the original estimate has been approved may require a revised estimate or additional charges.

No additional work will be completed without customer approval.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel scheduled work by providing reasonable notice.

If materials have already been purchased or work has begun, cancellation fees may apply to cover costs already incurred.

Warranty

Grizzly Finish stands behind the quality of its workmanship.

Warranty coverage applies only to workmanship and does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Structural movement

  • Water damage

  • Mold

  • Moisture problems

  • Customer misuse

  • Damage caused by third parties

Manufacturer warranties on paint products remain the responsibility of the paint manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grizzly Finish shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service provided.
